What class should I try first?

Soon we will be offering a 4-week series for total beginners to learn safety and aerial basics before booking level 1.

For now, start with Level 1 classes and let your instructor know it’s your first day! We welcome total beginners and look forward to having you in class!

If you want to take a Merkaba or Cube class, they are considered level 1.5 because aerial experience is required. A 4-week beginner series or the equivalent of four level 1 classes in any aerial apparatus will qualify you to start exploring Cube or Merkaba!

What should I wear and bring to class?

Clothing should cover your back, leotards or unitards work well or at least a long shirt that can be tucked in. The backs of your knees and 1.5+ level students should bring something that can cover their arm pits during certain drops and poses. Yoga clothes work really well.

NO jeans, belts, or metal of any kind on the silks!

Bring a water bottle, hair tie, and possibly a towel. Be prepared to try new things and have fun in an encouraging environment!

Where should I park?

Enter our parking lot from SE 9th St, turn North east and drive under the skyway for free off street parking. Enter through glass doors labeled “575,” the Garden room is the first door on the left and Sky room is the second door to the left.

Are there restrooms?

Our building has restrooms and a water fountain with a water bottle filler.
